Exploring Boerne we discovered Peggy’s – pleasant surprise – beautifully restored setting, wonderful food and excellent service. My wife loves Lobster Rolls and said this was one of the best. We both love Chicken Fried Steak and agreed this one was very good (onion rings too). We were there when they opened for lunch, will definitely return to sample the dinner menu.

Everything was amazing. We managed to squeak in a table of 2 before the dinner rush and had a great time. The amberjack market fish was savory, crunchy, and delicious. My husband had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly. Chance was our server and we were a very quick table but he made sure to check on us so it was quite enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We visited Peggy’s on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet and easy to get in. The food and service were great. The lobster bisque (special that day) was exceptional and the spinach salad and cottage pie (also a special) were very good.

Recently visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate our Anniversary. Excellent service and amazing food. You can eat inside or outside on the patio. Well stocked bar and they take reservations. Can be both a casual dining experience or a more formal setting. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Boerne!

Peggy’s was delightful! They have the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had! So tender!! Cream gravy was perfect, too! The host was so kind to give my husband a birthday card when he learned we were celebrating! Highly recommend!!!

We visited Peggy’s for brunch while in from out of town, and we absolutely loved it! The service was amazing! I had the Shrimp and Grits and my partner had the BBQ eggs Benedict! Both were delish! We loved the ambiance and decor! Their drinks rock too! If we are ever back in Boerne, we will definitely be back!

Amazing food and service! It’s definitely our best meal since moving here. There was not a single bad thing to say about any of the dishes. Our waiter Dane was awesome, made us feel at home, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us excellent recommendations! It was so good we’re coming back for brunch Sunday.

Came here for our first honeymoon dinner, and it was incredible. Our service took great care of us, and everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the crab cakes btw they were the best!

Decided to try Peggy’s for a special occasion and they made a great day better. Wonderful service, amazing food, and knowledgeable wait staff made the whole experience very special. It is a more casual atmosphere compared to their other restaurant, Bohanans, but the quality is very much on par! Would absolutely go back for a memorable experience again.

Husband and I made reservations for brunch on Sunday while on vacation in Kerrville. This was our first time here and brunch was amazing. Service was incredible and food delicious. Enjoyed Eggs Benedict, French toast, Peggy’s standard and mimosas. Will definitely be back.
